[Suggestion] Remove 60 min game Drags
So we got baron, aced their team, got 3 inhibitors. and our jinx decided to leave enemy nexus with 1% hp. guess what happens. an extra 30 min game drag for no reason.
at 40 min, again same thing, baron, 3 inhibitors. enemy freely farmed super minions, taking no penaldy and making our pushing irrelevant. they even freely healed to full in 2 sec in fountain every time i did a 90% aoe max damage galio ult on them. My Q killed only 2. then i had to wait 5 min for my next flash to come off cooldown.
Suggestion: Each inhibitor that falls reduces enemy regeneration in fountain by 33% multiplicative for each dead inhibitor. One inhibitor down: 33% less fountain heal. Two inhibitor down: 50% less fountain heal. tree inhibitor down: 60% less fountain heal.
That will make the game fairer instead of the free hp cure, full homeguard every 0 sec in fountain meta. At least it will allow to get a free autoattack on their nexus while they heal.
