Remember when Garen used to have 50% Reduced Slow Immunity for three seconds every 7 Seconds?

Those were the days, he used to have 50% Slow Resistance (Reduced from Total Immunity since that was broken) on his Judgment which allowed him to actually get to ADCs until they moved the Slow Removal to his Decisive Strike and it synergised with the Speed Boost.

And then they forgot to give him the Resistance back and gave him a severely gimped one-time slow removal that's made useless by applying another slow during its usage alongside giving him a 20% Movement Speed penalty when spinning through units with his Judgment.

Going from 50% Slow Immunity to a one-time slow removal and movement speed penalty. What a harsh world we live in.
