Attack move Binding on left click messes up the ability to ping COOLDOWNS and ITEMS from the shop

So don't get me wrong - i know i can use these communication Pings via holding shift. The problem is that since the feature has been implemented there were a few things added that require shift to be held down to ping. Like your life percentage for example. Or your xp. Or the ping on how much Gold you are missing for your next item. Or the ping on your basic CD's (Ult CD can be pinged through the score tab). Is there anyone who knows how to fix this?

If you have extra mouse buttons, bind attack move to one of those instead of left click.

For anyone who couldn't find the answer like me and took way too long looking for it, under Hotkeys > Communication > Quick alert ping is how you bind the ability to ping items and spells on your hud. It is originally bound to ALT+MB1.
