Luscian ult

Found out Draven's knock sideways ability cancels out luscian's ult, so next to Xerath i Feel like i can add luscian's ult to the list of do nothing ults, since its only use is for clearing a minion wave, since even late game his ult does little damage to champions and is easily canceled, i mean why pic and use champions that have no viability ults vs champions with ults that can do serious damage like ziggs and Darius, kog'maw's even stacks up fast, so i Feel they need to look at current popular to play champions and their damage and balance them out with the un-used champions, so people dont play the same over powered champion non stop .
