Gangplank needs a slight buff

Gp needs a buff to his ult I find that it is 2 weak it should add 20% ad to go along with 20% ap and a 35% slow instead of a 25%. Also GP shouldhave his passive buffed since his passive was nerfed it to a maximum of 3 stacks which is fine the damage should be true damage instead of magic damage or if it stays magic damage it should be 6+ gplevel. something has to be done because GP is only viable as a full crit build
