Any update on when dynamic and solo Queue come back up?

I don't know if this has been asked else where I couldn't find it. Just wondering if there is any update on wen dynamic will be back up and running? I also have a question as to how my placement games will carry over. If I played 5 games solo and 5 dou will this be classified all as solo or as dynamic when they carry over?

they all count as dynamic, the plan was to get dynamic up when the season started and get solo q going a few weeks later. Dont know when the dynamic queue goes up doe...
