P5 support main looking for some help

I was plat 5 last season I'm currently plat 5 again. I found it very easy to hit plat this season however I have found it hard to make any progress once here again.

Looking for advice. Coaching. Help. Whatever. Just a support dude trying to not be plat4life

My play time is usually around 4-7pm cst
