Ranked 5v5 Question Round 2

_"As a diamond 4-5 (vary between the two), I was really excited when you guys posted the return of ranked 5v5 game mode. It allows myself and others to play with friends who aren't at our ranks, which is a nice gesture. However, the moment I read it was going to be a limited queue via best time of day for each region I sank instantly.

Some players like myself don't have the luxury of playing during peak hours regularly. I work long night shifts which means sleeping during the day. On days off I sleep to stay on schedule and get up later in the evening, to which I spend time with my wife before her night ends and she goes to sleep. So that leaves myself and some other (only guessing here) outside of the peak time zone for central states. I don't want to assume I won't get the chance to play ranked 5v5, but it certainly sounds like it won't be a viable option (unless I put the game over the spouse, but goodness no).

Have you guys put a thought about your player base that potentially wouldn't have the option to play in this limited time of day queue? I realize it's a smaller base at nights, but they're still there and wanting to play.

I could go on about players who work weekends for the rotating game mode, but your recent update to increase the open period for the rotating game mode was a nice addition to that problem (appreciated). :) +1"_

/edit Now that the time zones are set, they do exactly what I mentioned above. They cut off players who don't have the opportunity to play during these times. You guys even went as far as removing ranked 3v3 24/7 queue thus even further distancing the player base that i'm a part of. I can understand if there's costs associated with it, but why was there no consideration for players like myself (or care to tell us why)? Would it be to hard to allow a 2 hour queue time during the night hours (heaven forbid you're outside of the peak time zone (no different then any season before this))? Even if it was every other night it would still give players in this situation a chance.
