I like how i can't report my 1/16 top laner for feeding just because he says it's not intentional

except he had 9 assists and a normal build. there was a soraka in the same game that went 0/10.

It appears that that was literally his first ranked game, and he has other games where he does better, and some where he does about the same.

It's not inting, it's just bad decision making.

KDA =/= Intentional feeding

Its only intentional feeding if they're literally trying to keep dying and lose the game (ex running it down mid).

He could either be new, having a bad game, lagging, or against a god smurf compared to his elo.
