"Turrets do increasingly more damage with each hit"
I think riot should remove this tip from the game until turrets actually start doing damage.

deal 25% bonus damage per hit up to 4 (or whatever it is)
what's 125% of 0?
"Turrets do increasingly more damage with each hit" "Turrets target an enemy who hits you" "Turrets are safe havens if you need to retreat" http://pixel.nymag.com/imgs/daily/vulture/2015/01/16/surejan.w1200.h630.jpg
My actual reaction after reading that "Turrets do increasingly more damage with each hit":

Dota 2 has good turrets
downvote me, you lil
should be percentage of health. so it does more to tanks. ya know?
Hey man, 1,000 on a hit and 1,001 on the next is still technically more damage :^)
They do? Does it always work or is there a bug against tanks?
This a problem with damage creep. Towers don't have time to ramp up damage.
Remove the cap.
What about when turrets get to max damage ramp, they start dealing true damage, that would drastically increase damage vs tanks while not 2 shotting squishies.
Old post but the issue is still relevant. It's kinda dumb when a tank can 1v1 you and you have lethality and executioner's but say Mundo is outtanking and outdamaging you under 1-2 turrets. Like what's the counter-play? To not play? % damage with grievous wounds seems the most logical to me, still taking armor into account so tanks CAN tank the turret but just not for a Hauntzer-level amount of time aka 20 turret shots over half a minute.
Since when has this been a thing?
You realize the objective if the game is to protect turrets and not turrets protect you right.....
Every 4th turret shot should deal %HP damage, let's say like 5-10%. This way tank could still absorb a few hits and turret-aggro could still be managed but it would give a chance to the person underneath to outplay it.
: What's a turret damage?
