Game start notification?

Is there an app or something you can link to your phone to let you know when a game has begun? Not a huge deal just wondering if something like this exists. I smoke, save your judgments :). I like to have a quick smoke when load screen pops up and have admittedly been like 1-2 minutes late a couple times. This would be awesome for me personally.
