New Urgot Ult Range?
Can Urgot ult somebody in the last second of recalling (which can´t be cancelled by damage) and activate his ult while the enemy is already in the base?
Need an answer for sadistic purposes

Yes he can as long as they don't heal above 25% hp ult is global range and even if they get healed while in the ult by some random reason it still kills
