Hey Fantasy LCS players. The following are a collection of frequently asked questions and known issues:

I started Elements in week 3. I was looking at my week 3 match-up, and I noticed that I lost some points after the week ended. / I started CLG week 1. I was looking at my week 1 match-up, and I noticed that I lost some points after the week ended.

We noticed and corrected a mistake in the scores of EL vs SK where Azir turrets were being counted when they shouldn't have; thus, EL have 4 fewer turrets and points for week 3. Similarly, in week 1, we noticed and corrected a mistake in the scores of CLG vs Team Liquid where Azir turrets were being counted when they shouldn't have; thus, CLG have 4 fewer turrets and points for week 1. In the process, we encountered a temporary issue where the scores for the games disappeared entirely, but this has been rectified.

Right after a game finishes, I'm only seeing one pro team's players credited with points

We have a known issue where the second pro team's points are delayed, sometimes by an hour or more, and are investigating.

A team just added a new player. When will the player be available for pick up?

  • EU players: Tuesday at 12 PM PST | 21:00 CET
  • NA players: Thursday at 12 PM PST | 21:00 CET

When will final estimates for the week for players be ready? I want to know whether to start a certain player is starting this week.

Estimates for the week will be finalized at the same times above.

I can't currently post any messages to the message board.

Update: 2/2/2015: We deployed a fix for this issue. This is a known issue, and we're currently investigating.

I can't log in to Fantasy LCS

There is a currently a known issue for players trying to log in with an account on a different region than the URL. We're working on a fix.

Update: 3/5/3015: This has been fixed.

Symptoms:

  • You have an account on region X (say EUW).
  • You visit fantasy on a different region (say, fantasy.na.lolesports.com...note the "na" in the URL).
  • You click login and select EUW for your region.
  • Returning to fantasy, you are still not logged in.

Workaround:

  • Visit fantasy on the same region as the account you're trying to log into. For example, if your account is in EUW, go to fantasy.euw.lolesports.com.

EU players such as Fredy122, Froggen, and Forg1vengre are not given the proper points for assists whereas Huni and Yellowstar have.

10+ Kills or Assists points are not always rewarded.

I think there is a problem with the score of vloud 9 this week. Only 4 points

Just a heads up, it seems team Elements point count is off. They gained all 11 towers in their first game in week 3, but only 2 towers in their second game in week 3. That's a total of 13 towers, but looking at their score it shows they're being credited for 17, I'm guessing SK's Azir towers were mistakenly counted?

My week one scores just changed. BJERGSEN score 46.49. Now during week 6 it changed to 15.48. There is a game going on right now but I don't know why it would be affecting week 1 scores.

Hi, there seems to be an issue where the loser of the match up would receive the win. Is this just a bug with the attempted fixes? And will there be an update to fix this? thanks.

Two things seem to not be working as previously intended (and I don't see them addressed in the OP):

  1. I cannot add any new messages to the message board of our fantasy league or reply to any of them.
  2. The 'matchup' tab does not appear to be updating the score as the matches are played as they used to.

Are these issues related to whatever VU occurred that I'm seeing when I logged in today, or is it some other issue that hasn't been addressed yet?

An issue just happened in my fantasy league. Two members of my friend's team just vanished. I don't quite remember who he had started. I know one was bjergsen, and I think the other was Freddy. Now, they are on his bench, and I don't think he can move them back with EU locked.

Edit: He actually had Bjersen, Fredy, and Link, but he made switches. I think Link was his flex, he had Fredy top, and he either had Bjersen and Santorin as his mid/jg or Bjerg and shook as his mid/jg.

There is an issue with my League where certain players show 0 points final but have the points in a friends league, issue is with about half the players and applies for both NA and EU LCS

Currently have an issue where whenever I click on the Roster section of fantasy LCS it crashes my chrome client and makes it unresponsive. I am able to access it through the chrome on my tablet and mobile though. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing as well as disabling all add-ons on my browser with still no luck.

My league has 8 members. By week 7 everyone will have played everybody once. Who will I play week 8 and 9? Is it the same people I played week 1 and 2?

I have an issue where it says i am logged in my accout, but it does not let me access any of my leagues and it sees me as not logged in, even though i am logged in

Having a weird thing happen where someone started H2K as their team, but it's showing up on their bench? So he's got 4 benches alternates and no team?

Yellowstar's points for Week 7 are bugged. His second game points are not showing up at all. Please fix this.

I am now down to 1 sub for my roster, I lost my first spot when trading a player out of my team in week 2, I lost my 2nd spot last night trading out KEITH. Both times i selected another player to trade for and I did not receive that player.

Has anyone else had this?

For week 7 my points for CLG getting a win didn't go through. I was .5 points below my opponent as the game ended because Link nexus dived, but they won so I would have gotten more points than them. But it still shows me as .5 pts below him, and I've been credited with a loss. This would have let me get full possession of 1st place, so I'm a little bit salty about this. The League name is Poro Chat and my team name is Unicorns of Love.

Hello, I have recently changed region, from eune to euw. I had a fantasy account on eune and I had teams in 2 leagues. but now when I sign in, I don't participate in any league. When I go to the link of the league I can see my teams but I can't have any access on them. Can you help me?

Since the new trade update, 1 of my 3 leagues has the support role totally removed from my roster and matchups. Can't add anyone either. Please help!?

what happens if a game is restarted because of a bug? Will i get fantasy points for both games or just the game that is finished.

Hello the LCS website does somewhat look a bit weird. "Upcoming matches" does not show, and sometimes other things don't show, can't name them all because i can't see them and don't remember. And when i hoover over the tabs (like "LEAGUES" or "SCHEDULE") it won't drop down as it used to, but if i click on the tab and hoover over it when I'm already in that tab it will drop down, but that is useless, because im already in that tab! What about a basic feature in fantasy manager games, randomized draft order?

In this one, we noticed the draft order was the league joining order. I think there should be a setting where you can decide what the draft order is. Options would be manual or random.

Or at least implement that random draft order feature please!

since Saturday I haven't been able to login to fantasy lcs. I believe it's to do with a special character in my username due to research and seeing others with this problem. Otherwise it's me reinstalling chrome and the wipe of cookies causing it though I don't really see how it would. everytime I try I get an error saying that my credentials are wrong even though they aren't as I can login with the same details on the league of legends site and obviously the client too, just not fantasy lcs. I've had a friend try to login on my computer and they are able which makes it really weird.

Also I have tried all the fixes suggested with changing region etc.

Between yesterday and today, the Week4 (W4) tab of the Stats page (Player/Team Performance) is no longer showing/selectable.

I cant login to my fantasy lcs using this account anymore, it just keeps redirecting me to the login screen. It works with my other account, just not this one :(

Hi. I just saw on Primetime League that NiQ from team Gambit scored 74.2 fantasy league points but I was only given credit for 28.49. Is this some kind of error as it seems to be, and are their any other players that this might apply to?

Just a small glitch, you guys have Betsy listed as H2K instead of GMB. I know you guys have a post about him being on GMB, but I still think this might still confuse some players.

This happened at the start but i just had to work with what i got but now i tried to join another draft tonight and the same thing happened. Why is this happening and how can i fix it? please help would be appreciated this time

I try refreshing, logging out and back in again, closing the window and going back into it. Nothing i can think of works

I'm having an odd issue. I originally started a fantasy league with my NA account when it all started. Recently i transferred that account to EUwest, and now i cannot log into the fantasy league. Is there a known fix for this?
