Patch Notes - Fantasy LCS - January 28, 2015 - Fixing rosters, part 2

Hey everyone,

Today, we iterated through the teams and leagues that were affected by the roster bug and edited them to a known good state. For those affected, thanks for your patience as we worked out a solution. If you owned one of these teams, please double check your roster and make sure that you are now able to make the roster changes that you want. The roster bug exhibited the following behavior:

  • You were unable to make changes to your roster without encountering an error message that stated that you exceeded the position limit of 2 per position despite not doing so.
  • You encountered an "Internal Server Error" and were unable to pick up certain free agents from the add/drop page.
  • Certain players may have disappeared entirely from rosters and the add/drop page.
  • You had more than 10 players on your roster page.

So, you did this update, and now, when my brother looks at the scores, he has a game not being counted, which means I beat him. But when I look at the the games, he has all his points and beat me. And the overall ladder says I won. Trust me. i didn't win.

I made some roster changes about two hours after EU lock but the new players are in my alternates instead of starting line up.. When i try to fix this it says "EU rosters are locked"

Where do I find the Roster changes of the actual Teams ? So who plays this week and who is replaced by who and so on?

it would seems on my league where the player did not choose their team yet that random team were generated... witch we dont really understand and would like to fix

Alternate unlock not working. All my EU alts are locked contrary to what the Jan 25th patch notes described.

I can't add or drop players in EU for next week. Every time I do, it tells me that the EU players are locked, but that shouldn't matter because I'm trying to edit next week's roster, not this week.

Do I have to wait for NA to lock before I can add/drop? That would be strange because I know someone in my league didn't have to wait before he was able to add/drop Fnatic players.

Edit: Just tested it and was able to swap for an EU player, but not the team. I'd still like to swap my team, though.

There is an issue with unability to add/drop players from roster to a player of a different position/team. as e.g. i would expect that i can switch my flex or subs slots to a different laner but i could not. Amumu
