**A golden sun leers through the copper clouds of sand, its piercing gaze finds a man amidst the storm, staring back with weary intent. He stood tall, not proud, a jaded blade resting lazily on his shoulder, dusty eyes wandered aimlessly among the dunes. Thoughts fled into the wind, too tired to will them back, he solemnly watched them beckon him forward. Perhaps one day he could catch up with them, when life had reached a quieter bend. A bitter taste, he imagined, to not return. With a mountainous sigh he gathered, it was time to leave. **
###Lore
Words escaped him, slipping unheard through the stained lips of the young seer. But what could be said, it was murder. The darkest night had snuffed the breath of life; a school of corpses met his frightened vigil. There was nothing he had to say, a splintered piece of wood showed the few who survived his grievous intent. Anger came softly, a quiet wind of pain washed over him. He was cursed.
The rasping breath of death followed him closely, watching his robes give way to steel. It watched his heart scar, torn from years of torment, yet beating for what would be his final hour. It would take 20 years of bloodshed, but at long last he stood over the man whose blackened soul led him to the academy that night, what even led him to a village years before. The man who cursed him, the one who together watched his families die, who then stared into a mirror of brown eyes, a broken man. There was no regret, no pleasure, no glory, only silence as they embraced each other’s blades, neither had feared death.
Only as he fell next to the man he swore to kill, did he sleep soundly. The world could go without another sellsword, another murderer, another blackened soul. Yet, he woke up.
Why?
Slowly, his head lolled towards the open mouth of the rotten shack.
Why me?
Blurred with pain, he could see the faint shimmer of sand burning under the sun. Each breath he counted his last, yet still he heaved. Staggering to his feet, a purposeless gaze saw into the depths of the gritty ocean. Whispers filled the room, comforting, gentle voices. They pulled him towards the dunes, no promise of release, no chains of despair.
How long he wandered, hopelessly lost at home. It was the birth of a new man, reborn among the sands. Years more he roamed, seeking the meaning of his life, a voiceless nomad in the deafening storm. When he emerged with tempered mind and steel, visions of a new future both compelled and horrified him. Whether he had found what he was searching for was known only to him as he approached the gates of war, accompanied by the lost sands of time. There was no turning back.
“Life is a road, no matter where it takes you.” –Sangrin

###Description
Sangrin has left his bloodthirsty past behind, preferring not to rush headlong into the enemy. However, he does not put it past himself to slay anything audacious enough to confront him head on. Striking quickly and aiming to end the duel early, Sangrin is not as good in a sustained fight, allowing for his initial rotation and one or two more spells to finish the job.
Area control is one of his specialties, his ultimate allows for either huge team support in lane by sending it elsewhere, or it gives him a hefty edge over his opponent by allowing for more Razing Sands and sustained slows.
You can build him as an assassin, hiding until he arrives and pummels everyone into the ground, or make yourself durable, taking several hits before going down. Full tank allows you to be pure disruption.
###FAQ
Did that man really kill his family and the seer academy?
Yes.
How can I tell if I am out of combat for the passive?
Sangrin will rest his blade of his shoulder similar to the placeholder splash.
Does being buffeted by the sands cause damage?
Not unless you are rock, steel, or ground type. So, no, it does not deal additional damage.
How does Razing Sands work?
Think of a domino effect, if there are 3 enemy units next to the target, all 3 will be hit. If 79 enemy units are next to those 3, then all 79 units will be hit as well,** as long as they are all buffeted by the sands**, otherwise they will not be hit at all.
What happens when I upgrade my ultimate?
The current sandstorm will disappear, and you will have to use the ultimate again to respawn it with it's increased speed and size.
Will update more questions when they are asked

Unaware his exploits, Sangrin's name traveled far and wide, garnering a rival whose path he will no doubt soon cross:
####Skins
Classic Sangrin: Desert particles with a kick-ass sandstorm. Wanders around the desert in full-armor, which only attests to his endurance.
Woad Reaver Sangrin: Sangrin heads north, assuming a more barbarian appearance. He now has snow particles, and carries with him winter itself, an overwhelming blizzard.
Corsair Sangrin: Deciding fortune is best found on the open seas, Sangrin becomes the stalwart, yet ruthless captain of his ship. He now has a pirate's appearance and has stormy particles. His ult now summons a mighty thunderstorm, with rippling lightning from within (will not do additional damage :P)
Ruined King Sangrin: Turns out he did die alone in the rotten shack, and turns his vengeance into a kingdom of the undead. Wields the Blade of the Ruined King and now has an eerie fog of death for his ultimate, while gaining spectral particle effects for the rest of his abilities.
