An idea to user profile page to help people to manage their time in real life

So I play games on both League of Legends(LOL) and Steam. When I look at the difference of user profile pages between LOL and Steam, I think that there should be a Recent Game Activity part on LOL's user profile page (it is different from the match histories).

The Recent Game Activity can show your time spend in a week(I don't know if it is copyrighted on Steam. If it is, I am sorry and I will delete this article). So that people can see the time they spend in this week and say:" I spend too much time, playing games, so I should take a break from this." or "I am doing ok in this week, so I guess it will not hurt if I play a little more today."

So I hope this idea, Recent Game Activity, can help people (like me) manage their time in real life. So that people will not fail to finish stuff (like homework) that they were suppose to get it done two days ago.
