[GAMEPLAY] Azir - Azir summons a soldier into a friendly tower, but the soldier cannot attack

When I play as Azir, I accidentally summon a soldier into a friendly tower in ARAM, but the soldier cannot attack enemies. However, I can still use basic attack as Azir.

1. move mouse to a friendly tower
2. summon a soldier
3. Attempt to attack minion/champion near the soldier. soldier can't attack

This bug occurred in ARAM gameplay once when I played today. I'm not sure if this bug can occur in other games.
