Old Revolae -- The Rift

Old Revolae was a vital city for trade and was the primary living quarters of humans and foreigners. Nazul a high priest, angry at maria for not raising his dead wife, opened The Rift in order to gain powers to raise his beloved wife from the grave. The Rift opened from out of her tomb and released Rift Terrors upon the planet. Beasts with many shapes and sizes, having wings, huge gnashing teeth, tails with points like a doubled-edged sword and other horrendous thing were released. With it the Sentinels tried to fend the beasts off but could not fight them back because the rift was opened in the center of the city they could not get a good angle of attack. Many died and the streets were paved in blood, The Gamemaker and the Council of Estria relocated the inhabitants of Revolae city to the planets of Cortus and Titan although they could not relocate everyone. The ones that didn't make it fled to the Howling Hills which had never been explored and told about. Rook, The Iron fortress closed off the whole city from all outsiders as it is self-sufficient.

What more is to come from The Rift? and What will come of those who inhabited it?
