[Skin] Steeldriver Taric

I propose a new skin for Taric, based loosely on John Henry.

Goals:

• Create a Taric skin that isn't just the same model wearing a different colour/style of armour
• Bake some cheesecake for players who want sexy, masculine splash art

Characteristics:

• Although Taric is white, this skin would have to be black. Otherwise, it would be irreverent.
• Instead of a giant gemstone hammer, he should be armed with a steeldriver's sledge.
• He should be shirtless.
• He should retain his mane of hair but probably in the form of braids or dreadlocks.
