New Champion concept~ The Boxer of Zaun

I am not certain if riot has ever made a champion because of some person not on the riot team, but I would love for them to.

Tittle: The Boxer of Zaun

Lore: The Boxer of Zaun was born in Piltover, but later in his life after struggles with his performance in the ring he decided to do one thing, that's right! The Piltover Champ went over to Zaun to find a scientist, which could fix his problem. The Champion trained and trained with the special enhanced drug that was given to him, so he could be the best and the strongest boxer ever! The Champ grew 3 feet and 300 lbs, but his body mass didn't change much width oddly. The Champ looked like a normal person from Piltover besides his height... he is like a brick wall that is swift and punches back! The first time The Boxer of Zaun entered into the ring, he noticed his enhanced perception of the fight and he noticed the speed of his movement and the speed of the attacks was greatly enhanced. The Boxer of Zaun wanted nothing more to be the best in the ring, but he did not know what was going to happen next! The Champ was too much for the ring brutally injuring his competitors, furthermore he wanted someone who could last longer in a fight against him. The Champ thought he was going to his next boxing ring, but little did the Champ know... he was taken to Field of Justice in the dead of night. The first thing that popped in his mind was, why am I here and what did I do to come here? The answer is clear, you are too strong for any ordinary man to fight, so you are going to the ultimate ring, The Fields of Justice!

Skill/Difficulty:The Boxer of Zaun should be swift and fast with little cool downs, but high risk and rewards.

Q: Uppercut- Hits knocks up opponent into the air for 1 second. -Cool downs: 5/4.5/4/3.5/3 W: Dash- Short dash to any side, he shrugs off damage by 10% and cannot be stunned or knocked up during this .-Cool downs: 6/5.5/5/4.5/4 E: Jab- 1-3 swift punches, if he finishes his full jab without being stunned the cool down on his W: Dash is refunded. - He can be cc'd while jabbing, but his combo would be W-Q-E-W to back away. R-: Knock out- Releases a Hay maker, this will be a crescent hit box close range in front of him. The Punch is so powerful it will knockout anyone in it's path for 2 seconds stunning them. Cool down: 120/90/60 Passive: Boxers Spirit- The lower his HP the less damage he takes. -Team fighting purpose: He is made to go in for great disruption and if he gets in on the adc, you better watch out! He can be easily kited with a team because his dash can't go through walls and isn't as big as Lucians. I think a heavy cc team would be very good, so he could go in on teamfights better. He excels on 1v1 fighting, but if he doesn't get kited... he can lay down some good CC. He can also trade if nobody is close enough to him and the tank by Dashing through a stun jabbing the tank and going back out for a decent trade.

I wanted to make a champion, where you feel like you're doing something all the time and not just waiting on cool downs. Yes, you can't just do a team fight sometimes and can wait on that, but he should be very active and feel like you are playing a high speed paced boxer.

I actually had an idea like this, although mine was a little different. Passive the same, W more or less the same (Instead of damage reduction, it empowered the next auto to deal bonus magic damage and micro-stun), Q was pretty much what you have E as, E was 'Sidewinder', which was similar to Darius' grab but with damage and no passive component, and the ult was 'Briefly knock up everyone in a conal AOE in front of the champion, and then Pantheon E while they're knocked up' (A flurry of punches, similar to Star Platinum's ORA ORA ORAAAAAA from Jojo)
