New item concept Static Vest( Cuz Shiv just isn't enough).

Hey guys. With new patches items change or sometimes get removed all together (RIP dfg, atma's, sword of divine). Right now i think there are a lot of offensive items that allow for some divers builds, but some more variety in defensive items are needed. The main one I want to propose would be a tanky crit based item to replace Atmas. The item would be called Static Vest. It would be build from averice blade and chain vest. 50 armour and 20 crit. The special effect would be similar to static shiv but procs when getting hit by an AA. This would allow crit builds some more options during the game without having to sacrifice their game play.

Let me know what you think and some other options you have? PS what about an item that ads ap/ad based of your mr/armour?
