i feel like teemo needs a new skin. Not as in a always out skin, but a limited time Harrowing skin. Teemo is one of the most hated champions in the game. So everyone calls him a demon. So i asked all the Teemo users i played with. What if Teemo had a skin called, "Demon Teemo" so i think riot should make Teemo a new skin, when the next Harrowing comes.

You have to do all the artwork for them to steal or even make a move to place it in game. If not, they won't build on it.
No champion is more deserving of the skin Out Of Character. In character, Veigar would be more fitting, but Teemo really should have that skin.

I believe Teemo could get a new skin to go with Xin Zhao's Secret agent skin. Theres a few other characters as well who could definently fit the paradigm. Shaco for instance. But I would pay 3250 for that. Secret Agent Teemo. Teemo in a Tux, Tuxeemo.
Yeah there needs to be a Son of the Devil Teemo Leagendary Skin.
