i feel like teemo needs a new skin. Not as in a always out skin, but a limited time Harrowing skin. Teemo is one of the most hated champions in the game. So everyone calls him a demon. So i asked all the Teemo users i played with. What if Teemo had a skin called, "Demon Teemo" so i think riot should make Teemo a new skin, when the next Harrowing comes.

Borf Buppo1 votesI believe Teemo could get a new skin to go with Xin Zhao's Secret agent skin. Theres a few other characters as well who could definently fit the paradigm. Shaco for instance. But I would pay 3250 for that. Secret Agent Teemo. Teemo in a Tux, Tuxeemo.
