i like the fish for the ult in the second but the splash in the first is pretty cool!
I like the second one much better. The first one reminds me of how they always make zombies' eyes look in movies.
I personally prefer the first one, really like the chinese dragon theme, seems very fitting.
An other skin concept I would really love to see is Devil Pitchfork Fizz :) a little red evil fizz :3

The second one fits in better with Fizz's theme but I could see the first one as a "stone fizz" or something especially with the color scheme
