A Modest Champion Proposal: Riot, The Fist
Riot is an assasin mage that does assassin mage stuff and looks Like nothing more than a Giant fist which it is (about ten times the size a full size chogath) The Idea is that he is more imposing than any other champion but it is obvious that his size is too big but we will probably nerf that later. Original lore: Riot is one of the species known as Americans and part of a hive mine collective known as Headquarters from the City-state of Santa Monica from the distant region of California. There it and other fellow Headquarter members do nothing but sit around scratching their nonexistant balls and eat cheetos. One Day Riot got bored and decided to create the World of Runeterra based heavily on a remake of a remake of another planet they saw someone else make a long time ago. Overtime Riot created a hogepoge of a society. Certain members of the society known as Summoners where the caretakers and controllers of this society. These summoners created a League of legends they heard over the year. Seeing The League and the summoners as a threat Riot decided to nerf them both to the point that they irradicated them both and wrote them out of history however riot decided to keep their names and such even though then no longer represented anything. Thus Began Riot's series of nerfing everything It could get it's hand on including itself. Slowly Riot decided to start shaping Runeterra in its own image proclaiming that it was for some ultimate task of creating "balance" in the world. Knowing fullheartedly that Balance would never be acheived. A summoner by the Name of VBunnie refused to be written out of history and decided to modestly propose that he join riot so as while irradicating VBunnie Riot would ultimatley irradicate Itself and write Itself out of history and the entire Headquarter collective and Region of North America by extention. Patch notes: Riot decided the Original Lore was Toxic so it decided to get rid of it and create a new one that was less wordy and more in tune with Riot's Design Values. Riot Is sorry for the inconvenance please enjoy the new lore. Current Lore: Riot is a fist. Abilities: Passive: Rioters Unite: Riot likes itself so much so that it has made copies of itself. Every time riot nerfs a champion Riot will make a copy of itself so Riot can fist bump itself (It would pat itself on the back if it had a backbone or a back in general) Q: To the boards: Riot goes to a nonexistant realm known as the boards where it sits in quite contemplation of itself. While to the Boards is active Riot is stealthed and untargetable but cannot do anything but type messages in all chat any other chat is not possible due to the lack of personal chat on the boards. Activating any ability moving forward or attacking are not possible while to the boards is active reactivating to the boards will deactive to the boards for maintance placing the ability on cooldown. W: Leaverbuster: Riot removes all Toxic gameplay champions and players from the game disabling the enemies and allies from doing anything until riot deems it safe to do so. Reactivating leaverbuster will reallow allies and enemies to do stuff but slowing all enemies and allies in the process unless they are nerfed. In which case the nerfed target will be removed from the game for "bug fixes" forcing the summoner to choose another champion temporarily. E: Strategic diversity: Riot copies a target champion and makes and gives that copy a different skin for a short period of time R: Nerf please: Riot lays itself out on the field opening its hand. Any enemy who walks into the hand will temporarily grant that enemy bonus stats for .5 seconds after that duration the hand will suddenly close supressing the enemy and lowering the duration damage and cc of all of their activated abilities by 90% and increasing all of their cooldowns by 10% forcing the summoner to either rage quit or choose another champion to play. Base Stats because that is the only thing not op: presented in a 1-18 fasion Health: 500-9001 Health Regen: 6-666 Mana: 0 Riot is manaless and has no need for such things Manaregen: 0 no need for such things range: 150 Attack damage: 50-86 because any more would be too op Attackspeed: .69-.1.0 Armor: 26-62 Magic Resist: 30 Movement speed: 325 because anything more would be too op Riot is obviously too powerful so it is my proposal that we periodically nerf Riot to the point where he cannot do anything but walk around and die then buff him to the point where he is too op again. We do this over and over again so as to take out our anguish and hate on it and complain about it. I propose we then all quit because it is obvious that nothing will be done about Riot. This is the best and only solution to the problem of balancing. Any thoughts of possibly buffing underplayed or underpowered champions to the point where they can contend with riot would be proposterous because Riot would probably just nerf them more. It is obvious that something must be done about Riot. Riot opens up its arms to you fellow summoners feel free to write your concerns. Riot will eventually go through and respond to your concerns in a way that makes you feel like it is listening and will try to back its decisions erroneously then most likely ignore your concerns and do its own thing.
