[Champion Concept] Siva, the All-Seer
Hello there, fellow Summoners. I am Captain Wednesday, and I would like to present to you my champion concept, Siva, the All-Seer. She was my first support I tried to make out of around 20 champions. Please, feel free to comment.
Note: I do not have Lore of Siva (yet), but to give you a general idea of her, she has a magical, all-seeing eye on her forehead. That is where she receives her power from. I'd like the say is from Ionia, but nothing is set in stone for the story yet.
Siva, the All-Seer Primary Class: Support / Secondary: Mage
Attack Power - 2 / Defense Power - 4 / Ability Power - 7 / Difficulty - 6
Health: 390 (+75) / Health Regen: 4.75 (+0.55) / Mana: 260 (+50) / Mana Regen: 6.8 (+0.65) / Range: 525 (Ranged) / Attack Damage: 49 (+3.25) / Attack Speed: 0.635 (+2.25%) Armor: 11 (+3.5) / Magic Resistance: 30 (+0) / Movement Speed: 335
Passive - Preeminence
Siva reduces nearby enemy units' and increases nearby allied units' projectile speed by 100.
Q - Reversal Ray Cost: 70/75/80/85/90 mana / Cooldown: 18/17/16/15/14 seconds
Siva fires a beam from her eyes in a cone dealing 65/110/155/200/245 (45% AP) magic damage. If at least two enemy units or one enemy champion are damaged, Siva heals nearby allies for 12/15/18/22/25% (+1% per 75 AP) of their missing health.
W - Clairvoyant Sense Cost: 40 mana / Cooldown: 120 seconds
Siva uses her third eye to reveal invisible units and wards in a target 250-range area for four seconds. For each unit revealed this way, Siva gains 80/90/100/110/120 mana. Additionally, each unit revealed reduces the cooldown of Clairvoyant Sense by 10 seconds.
E - Draining Ring Cost: 60/65/70/75/80 mana / Cooldown: 22/21/20/19/18 seconds
Siva places ancient runic marking upon a target 125-range area. After a short delay, enemys within the ring are dealt 70/110/150/190/230 (60% AP) magic damage. In addition, they lose 3/6/9/12/15 Attack Damage and are slowed by 30/35/40/45/50% for three seconds.
R (Ultimate) - Foresightful Action Cost: 100 mana / Cooldown: 100/80/60 seconds
Siva predicts enemy attacks, providing spell shields to all nearby allied champions that last two seconds. If the shield blocks an enemy ability, it transforms into another shield that absorbs 100/200/300 (40% AP) damage for four seconds.
Siva brings a whole heck of a lot of utility to a team. She can heal low allies, reveal and disable enemy units/wards, she has a small but useful CC, and a great counter to a wombo-combo from an enemy team. Tell me what you guys think. Is her Q too powerful?, should her W have a passive effect?, is ensnaring ring too bland?, does her ultimate provide too much?

- Changed Reversal Ray from 16/20/24/30/34% (1% per 75 AP) to 12/15/18/22/25% (+1% per 75 AP)
- Changed Ensnaring Ring to Draining Ring. No longer snares, instead slows for 30/35/40/45/50% and reduces units' Attack Damage by 3/6/9/12/15 for three seconds.
