apadc rumble

so I tried this and it was very enjoyable and different

NOTE this is not for high level play

so the way this build works... is you keep your heat between 50 and 65 and then you run into combat... use your entire combo and then overheat... the difference is you have a bunch of attack speed and you will just destroy stuff with a few autoattacks

core items I used

I am still figuring this build out... only tried it a few times... so feel free to find any better item combos

wit's end

nashor's tooth

lots of ap for passive

with 20% cooldown reduction you can actually just scrap shield spam your way around the battlefield keeping your heat between 50 and 65 very easily. then once you get in combat you play regular rumble except trying to stay somewhere near melee range so that when you overheat you can wreck them. once I had both these items and a lot of ap I was dealing 411 magic damage every hit + 100 aa damage and my attack speed was extremely high... combined with my spells it gave me lots of damage

other things to think about when making item builds is what you need

tankiness-zhonya's is nice here.... wit's end gives you lots of nice mr so you should be good there.. for health I use liandry's because it's so core on rumble.

sticking power- furor on boots is nice here.... if you really want to you COULD go triforce or even frozen mallet but I personally think it would take too much away from the damage. rylai's is another option if you want to use your flamethrower as a last ability but since you can't use spells during overheat it's use is limited unless you find ways to use it effectively

ap-because you have such nice ap ratios... and a shield... I would suggest getting deathcap... it will really help you deal good damage.

example build I did - liandry's, nashor's, wit's end, deathcap, magic pen boots, zhonya's

another tip I would give is try and use your e as the overheating spell... it gives you another spell to use while you are overheated and it gives you a slow so you can stick to your opponent.

benefits of this build

-much better single target damage and it's almost out of nowhere so it will usually catch enemies by surprise

-very fun and fast paced and you get to smash enemies faces in as melee rumble

negatives

-requires you to go into the middle of the enemy team as a mostly damage dealer with only slight defenses

-can feel weird and clunky at times

go ahead and try it and tell me results or suggestions... hope someone gets to have a few fun games because of this post :D
