Zachurr The Ballistician
Lore: Most yordles find their livelyhoods plenty fulfilled just living in bandle city, Zachurr however, was not one of these yordles. As soon as he was old enough he took to adventuring out in the wilderness, and soon began creating inventions to help him in his endeavors. His most acclaimed invention is his War ballista. That is what got him into trouble in the woods when he was set upon by thieves. They saw him on the ballista and they thought it was worth something. However, Zachurr knew how to use his ballista and fended them off. After beating them he figured he was on to something with his ballista and decided to go to where some of the greatest minds and some of the greatest fighters in all of Runeterra were to finetune his machinery. And so he went to the League of Legends

Abilities:
Passive, Hexsplosive bolt technology- Every time an enemy is hit with a attack or ability from zachurr they gain a stack of technologically outmatch. Upon reaching 5 stacks Zachurrs next basic attack will explode in a shockwave around them stunning them for .25/.5/.75/1 seconds and deals 130% of total ad. (scales at 1/6/11/16)
Q,Piercing Bolt- Zachurr fires a hextech armor-rending ballista bolt from his arsenal inflicting additional damage to his target and ignoring 3/6/9/12/15% of their armor, deals 100,110,120,130,140 (+.75 bonusAD) Mana cost: 40/45/50/55/65/70 Cooldown: 7.5/6.5/6/5/4
W,Perpetual Firing- Zachurr fires a series of several different ballista bolts in front of him in a line (2/3/4/5/6)bolts. Different bolts have different effects
First bolt: Reinforced bolt, slows enemy by 25% and deals .6 total ad
2nd and 3rd bolt: mini shrapnel bolts, upon hitting the first enemy shrapnel continues to fly off in a cone (bolts deal .8 bonus ad, shrapnel deals .5 total ad+.5 ap)
4-5 bolts: Hextech shockwave bolts, bolts emit a shockwave upon hitting first enemy dealing .5 total ad and stunning the target for .5 seconds
6 bolt: Hexsplosive special, explodes in an area upon hitting an enemy dealing 1.5 total to enemy hit and .5 bonus ad to enemies nearby
Mana Cost: 60/70/80/90/100
Cooldown: 17/17/16/15/15
E,Yordle Engineering-Passive: every 5 bonus ad reinforces the ballista increasing zachurrs health by 15
Active: Zachurr activates some extra widgetry on his ballista increasing his movement speed by 10/20/30/40/50% for 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 seconds and refreshing the cooldown on piercing bolt every 1.5 seconds
Mana cost: 50/55/60/65/70
Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12
R,(ULTIMATE) Spitfire- Zachurr fires a barrage of ballista bolts at nearby champions. Lasts for 8/9/10 seconds. Level 1 fires a maximum of 15 normal ballista bolts. Level 2 fires a maximum of 15 normal ballista bolts and a maximum of 3 specialized ballista bolts. Level 3 fires a maximum of 16 normal ballista bolts, 4 specialized ballista bolts, and a maximum of 2 BOOM(Explosive for you boring people) Ballista Bolts. Normal ballista bolts deal .5 of his total AD Specialized ballista bolts deal .4 of his total ad plus .6 of his bonus ad and slows enemies hit by it for 20% for 1.5 second. BOOM(Explosive) Ballista bolts deal .8 of his total ad to the direct target and .4 of his total ad to all nearby enemies, the direct target is also stunned for 1 second. Mana Cost: 120/120/120 Cooldown: 100/90/80
