Teival The Chaos Mage

Lore:

There are those in this world who would have it fall into chaos by bringing the creatures of the void here. Some for a vendetta, some for magical or scientific purposes, and some for pure enjoyment and pleasure. Teival was trained in a mage academy and was a promising student but he decided the "trivial" spells of normal mages were not good enough for him. Thus, he dabbled in other forms of magic and finally found a very old and powerful magic that was strictly forbidden, chaos magic. He embraced it and with it he became very powerful. The mages found out his practices and attempted to stop him, but Teival overpowered them and left the academy continuing his studies away from the world, until now. In his practices he found that chaos magic has close ties with the void, in fact chaos magic draws its power from the void and its creatures. Therefore it would only be natural that he go to the place where the beings who are the source of his power seem to be gathering.

"There are those who are afraid of magic itself, and there are those who are afraid of the consequences of using it. I am neither. I fully embrace all that comes with my power." Teival

I like the Q's active. It sounds pretty balanced while reading it, especially how it nullify's the passive. I thought the passive was too strong until I read it clearly. Basicly your saying as long as there is champions fighting in the area he can stack up to 30 AP right? the "W"'s silence is kind of short but Im sure you were just trying to keep him fair. Do you have a visual for your idea?

I like it. However, it seems a bit too easy to kill a target with just some team cc and your ultimate, ala J4 ult keeping them in the zone for 340% AP + 1900 magic damage.

I would suggest working increased ult damage into his W, and reducing the scalings on his ult. Perhaps making his ult deal a set amount + %ap over the entire cast, so you could reduce the channel time at higher ranks, making it a faster cast, while also still increasing the DPS

A 6 second channel seems like a bit of a liability in a teamfight during mid-late game

its a nice idea i have one of my own just not in as much depth as yours

the idea I have is a champ that his q, w, and e modify his basic attack [like say he uses his q and his attacks get an on going certain effect until he uses another ability with out mana costs because I see him as a nonmana champ where his bottom bar builds up charges to add a second effect once then the bar empties and he starts again like rengar]such as lightning might make his attacks arc off and deal a smaller amount of damage to another enemy and when his bottom bar fills up his next attack with lightning makes an aura go out from the enemy and hit surrounding enemies which the cause all of said enemy hit to also emit the arc effect to a lesser extent. and his next fire would light enemies on fire bottom bar fills up aura goes out all enemies hit catch on fire. Next element ice would slow enemies bottom bar fills up aura goes out all enemies hit get slowed. that's just my idea improvements by riot and the community are welcome please no hate and if there is a thread for these things I would like to know if not and idea thread could be made the community input would help you make a better game and I know not everyone would get accepted only the great ideas would but still please consider it I for one would love it to be put in the game and hey free champ idea no charge ill leave the hard part to you riot programming and tweaking

Is this another Kassadin the w sounds like it just in a wider range than Kassadins previous q before the rework

His W looks massively OP early game. That would do 1/5 to 1/3 of the entire health of any champion lv 1, making his getting first blood supremely easy. And then it is not powered enough late game. Similar thoughts with his E.
