The Consequences of Statikk Shiv

(I hope I uploaded the drawing the right way, at least it's in the correct board this time ;w; )

Got the idea of how someone might use Statikk Shiv by shuffling their feet on the carpet to increase their charges and then while deciding what champion to portray, I got the wonderful idea of Quinn and Valor with poor Valor poofing every time Quinn charges her statikk Shiv. I don't think Quinn gets enough love in art and playtime, so hopefully this will be a nice addition to her pool of fans that go so unnoticed.
