[Gameplay] End/Victory Screen

So I just played an ARAM and I believe it's because I was pinging the nexus the moment we won that did this, but as the victory screen came up, my mouse was stuck in the middle of the screen. As I tried to move it, it would try to comply, but would be forced back to the middle of the screen. This method didn't even work for trying to scroll quickly to the accept button below. When I pressed escape, it would just bring up the Game Option menu and when I started pressing random buttons, I must of pressed the ping button because the target symbol took over the pointer symbol of my mouse and it was stuck on that (it was like the game acted as though I was still playing and the end game screen was the glitch). I tried alt tabbing out, but the mouse was still stuck. I also tried tabbing to the Accept button in the game, but I knew that wouldn't work... In the end without the ability to move my mouse, I was forced to restart my computer (I couldn't end the program in the task mgr). It's not LoL's fault, but due to that, I lost a lot of stuff I had not saved prior to beginning the game.

In the future, if perhaps it could be coded in to tab over the Accept button in the end game screen or something, that'd prolly be grand. Anyway, I hope I gave enough detail that you're able to pin-point the issue. I also reset and unplugged my mouse during this and that didn't change the outcome either. Toodles.
