Joe and the Jaximus skin

I read a rioters post on http://www.surrenderat20.net/2015t/08/red-post-collection-initial-juggernaut.html about the jaximus skin and the whole story behind it. If you want to know the story then read this http://forums.euw.leagueoflegends.com/board/showthread.php?t=685165

The jaximus skin was designed personally for Joe, a 17 year old with a very serious kind of cancer. The skins main quote is "here's to you, kid", a direct reference to him. I've been playing for like 4 years and I've never heard about this before, so I'm sure tons of other people don't know. I'm not saying that Riot should boast about this, but I've seen that skin many times and never knew about this at all, and I don't think that's right.

So the rioter that posted in surrender@20 said that the jaximus skin could be the only legacy skin left and remain all year round. I think that's an awesome idea, and you can even announce it like "all legacy skins returning to the vault besides jaximus" and then explain why in the article. More people should know!
