@Riot Skin Concept:Ace of Spades Jinx / Surprise Party Jinx

Hey there! I had just come across this picture on DA ( The artist can be found here http://gevurah-studios.deviantart.com/ ), and on Facebook and all I could do is think of how much I would LOVE this to be a skin! I personally think the theme fits perfectly with her, and there is already a fandom around this skin (Similar to Void Fizz ) , it even having its own login screen that you can mod into your league.

I just wanted to know if Riot, is this becoming a skin even in the slightest possible? That is all, and thanks for your time, it really does mean alot!

EDIT : For those who are just in love with this ( Like me ) Here is a link that will allow you to download the Log in screen, featuring this skin and some sweet rock music! Its fully animated( And mirrored so you can see it all, without it being blocked by the login info ) , and looks fantastic!
