Client Utility Idea

My Crazy Idea If there is any members here who program i have an idea for a program like Astralfoxy's Winterfox. It is not a replacement client for the game but more of a Utility to kind of hang off the sides of the main client and track things like:

• e Sports (Favorite Team) (In game Updates?)
• Fantasy e Sports
• Surrender @ 20
• PBE Updates
• Lolking stats
• Top 5 Champions Played
• KDA (Last 10 Games) (All Time)
• Maybe even it can give a few stats on the randoms in your Solo Que and team Builder

Who knows maybe Riot wouldn't allow something like that. But a guy can dream! What third party features/Applications would you guys like to see?
