New Champion - Alazham

Since apparently my first 3 minutes weren't enough to make a good champion... here is another. I bet Riot has more than 3 minutes to make something good... :P

Champion name - Alazham

Background - Necromancer from the underdark, likes undead pets

Passive - Gain 1 Necromancy stacks once per second (max:100). Your death timer is 1/2 normal.

Q - Deals X damage to minion, if it kills it, then the minion becomes an undead minion that will attack the nearest enemy champion. Gain a stack of Necromancy.

W - Explode target undead minion to deal AOE damage. Gain a stack of Necromancy.

E - Summon 3 undead minions at target location. If you have 100 stacks of Necromancy, spends all to create an additional Undead Elite minion.

R - Lifebound - Mark an opponent with a visible link to your champion. If you die within Lifebound duration, that champion dies as well.

Ok Riot, now you have a nice unique champion without mobility creep.
