Is Riot going to make another Fan made skin soon?

I just really want to know because I would love for Riot to make new skins that base on what the fans want.

Really I can`t wait till some of these fan made skin actually comes in game if it does. I seen lots of artist of DeviantART and they have pretty awesome skins ideas on there.

I was greatly disappointed about the new Syndra skin coming out and was kind of hoping it would be something more awesome but that my opinion.

Now lets say a thread had lots of people like the idea and even some Riots had reply to the idea and like it. What holding you guys back from making the skin the Fans want in this game?

I understand it will take time and all but I would really love to see another Fan made skin in the game again.

But really want I am asking is there going to actually be a new fan made skin coming out soon in this year or not?

I would love to see a Riot reply to this thread to answered my question.
