[Skin Concept] Electromancer (Tesla) Karthus
Now that Karthus has a shiny new rig, he can start receiving skins again! I had an idea for one. (Note: I am no artist, so you'll have to use your imagination! It's up to interpretation)
-Electromancer Karthus--
Karthus would be utilize the power of not the undead to obliterate his enemies, but rather the pure form of electricity. His staff would be a large gray metal rod with a Tesla Coil at the end, similar to this image.
He would be clad in dark heavy electrical garments, such as large rubber gloves and mask similar to a welding helmet. I refer you to this image.

Karthus' basic attacks would be small lightning bolts that zap out of his staff.
Upon activating his passive, Death Defied, Karthus' staff and garments vaporize to reveal his electric body in pure form.
When using his first basic ability, Lay Waste, Karthus raises his tesla coil staff, causing a small gathering of electrical energy at an area. After the brief delay, the energy arcs and explodes with electricity.
When using his second basic ability, Wall of Pain, Karthus summons two massive Tesla Coils with a large electrical field that runs in between them.
When using his third basic ability, Defile, Karthus summons electricity to flow around him in a vortex. While toggled off, Karthus' body surges with electricity whenever he kills a unit rather than the simple mana regain animation.
When using his ultimate, Requiem, Karthus globally roars, "Witness limitless power!" or "Power without bonds!". At the start of the spell, enemy champions will hear a humming, similar to many lightning strikes. Then, a brief silence before a loud thunder roars across the Rift and lightning strikes each enemy champion.
Karthus' recall would consist of him opening up a 'Safety Handbook' and flipping through it. At the end he would plant his staff into the ground causing a lightning burst to hit where he is standing and take him to the fountain. It would be cool if he remarked on his recall, "When I return, we will continue discussing electrical safety" as the book vaporizes from his electrical touch (Thanks Hyrum Graff).
