[Champion Idea] Xarleon, the Playful Chameleon

Xarleon is a chameleon like champion that is an awesome jungler. He hails from the Kumungu Jungle and is more of a comical champ amost like Zac :D chameleon version of fizz? SHUT YO MOUTH

Xarleon uses his tongue as a weapon. it is tipped with a natural poisen

Passive: Thats gotta sting!- Basic attacks have a 35% chance to poisen somebody

Q: I think I'm going to be sick- Xarleon spins around whipping his tongue at stuff. costs 90 mana and has a cooldown of 13 seconds

W: You cant see me!- Xarleon becomes invisible for 4 seconds. He can be revealed by pink wards, being hit, or using an ability. Costs 75 mana and has a cooldown of 20 seconds

E: I see you- Xarleon uses his special chameleon eyes and reveals an area of fog that nobody but him can see, not even people on his team. the area only lasts for 2 seconds. costs 80 mana and has a 27 second cooldown.

R: Seeya!- Xarleon wraps his tongue around somebody and throws them. You can walk around a little bit very slowly, but there is a certain amount of time that u can hold them. Costs 120 mana and has a 1:45 minute cooldown. It does no damage, only dos the throw thing.

All of his moves scale off of AP!

Xarleon has to be cute like kecleon but with a big deadly tongue :)

His recall animation should be him swinging on a tree, gaining momentum and then flings himself

When he gets selected he should say "Another adventure awaits us summoner!"

His skin should be Vacation Xarleon where he has a hawaiian shirt and sunscreen on his nose :)
