PASSIVE=AUTO ATTACKS HIT 2 TIMES- however cannot criticly strike-does apply on hit effects physical damage increases attack speed

Q=rend, next 2 auto attacks deal bonus physical damage applying onhit effects and slow the target w=dash and gash- dashes to a target location, 2 charges e=windmill- spins both swords deflecting an auto attack or spell, successful parrys will automaticly hit the target with rend. r=superspeed reset- passive attack speed also increases movment speed- activation of this ability will reset a cooldown and buff it according to your choice. q next 2 auto attacks deal extra bonus physical damage applying on hit effects and stunning the target w dash has 3 charges instantly flashes larger distants and bonus movespeed after e winmill will deflect 2 autos or spells and applying rend both times, normal rend

the passive is broken, it's a 100% crit chance at all times that isn't reduced by masteries that reduce crit chance damage

This is basically a rip off of different champs abilities with them being combined and reskinned to have 2 swords. Concept could be cool looking but new champs need to be that NEW, not let's take this ability and this one.

Here are the skill comparisons:

Passive: Nocturne- not every hit however the concept is very similair

Q: Rend- Kalista, needs to be renamed, Next attack deals bonus damage= Gragas, Riven, Lux, Leona...you get the idea. Very overplayed and lacking creativity (bad when there is 130ish champs out)

W- Renektons Slice and Dice, honestly sounds like the exact same skill.

E- Garen, stop remaking Garen for the love of god.

R- Useless, it is like Zilean's W but with a higher level to learn it and less benefits.

Overall I would HIGHLY suggest redoing, nothing seems unique about the champ, nothing seems bad ass or overly impressive, it is just a "Here have another champ with renamed (in some cases) abilities and a new look...."
