[Champion Concept] Amon, the Omen of Zaun
Hello there, fellow Summoners. I am Captain Wednesday, and I would like to present to you my champion concept, Amon, the Omen of Zaun. Amon is a former street rufian who after attempting to assassinate an hexplosive engineer was severely injured. Missing an arm, an leg, and half of his face, Amon was in need of help. Viktor, the Machine Herald promised to rebuild him in exchange for his services. Without a real choice, Amon was rebuilt half-man, half-machine. Amon hunts the evil and nonbelievers that plagues his city in the name of the Glorious Evolution. By joining the League, Amon can advance the Revolution and hopefully end the crime that plagues his city forever. Amon is a fighter-assassin, that excels in 1v1 engages and eliminating high priority targets. This is my 5th champion! I present to you now, Amon:

Passive - Bounty Hunter
Each time an enemy champion acquires a kill, they recieve two Bounty Marks (one for assists). Amon's basic attacks and abilities deal 1% increased damage per mark to enemies with Bounty Marks. In addition, he earns 1% increased gold per mark on enemy champions he kills. If Amon kills an enemy unit that has Bounty Marks, the marks will be reset. If Amon is killed, all enemy champions lose 1 Bounty Mark.
Q - Combatant Knife Toss Cost: 60 mana / Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10 seconds
Amon throws his knife in a line, striking the first enemy unit it hits, dealing 60/110/160/210/260 (75% bonus Attack Damage) and slows the enemy hit by 25% for two seconds. If the knife strikes an enemy unit in the back, the damage is increased by 2/4/6/8/10% and the slow duration is doubled.
W - Spiked Suit Cost: 70 mana / Cooldown: 24/22/20/18/16 seconds
Amon's armor erupts with spikes, dealing 55/85/125/155/185 (25% Attack Damage) physical damage and applying Grievous Wounds for 4/5/6/7/8 seconds to all nearby enemy units.
E - Capture Cord Cost: 55/60/65/70/75 mana / Cooldown: 18 seconds
Amon fires a high power cord in a line dealing 40/80/120/160/200 (50% Ability Power) magic damage to the first enemy unit hit and snaring it for 1.5 seconds. In addition, the enemy hit gain two temporary Bounty Marks for five seconds.
R (Ultimate) - Mortar Hellfire Cost: 100 mana / Cooldown: 120/100/80 seconds
Amon fires a powerful incendiary missile from his suit in a line, aimed at a target 300-range circle. Enemies that the mortar passes through are dealt 30/60/90 (25% bonus Attack Damage) physical damage + 6% of their maximum health as magic damage. Upon reaching its location, the mortar violently erupts, dealing 60/120/180 (50% bonus Attack Damage) physical damage. The explosion leaves the area charred, dealing magic damage equal to 3% of any enemy unit's maximum health that walk over the area each second.
