[Champion Concept] Sigurdong, the Supreme Simian

Hello there, fellow Summoners. I am Captain Wednesday, and I would like to present to you my champion concept, Sigurdong (pronounced ci-guard-ong), the Supreme Simian. This is my first tank champion, so please have mercy upon me. This is the 3rd champion I have posted. I'll try to post one everyday or so until I'm out! Anyway, on to Sigurdong. He is suppose to be a massive gorilla creature, meant to be a rival to Wukong whom he despises. Here he is.

Sigurdong, the Supreme Simian Primary Class: Tank / Secondary: Fighter
Attack Power: 4 / Defense Power: 10 / Ability Power: 3 / Difficulty: 6

Health: 445 (+87) / Health Regen: 7 (+0.5) / Resourceless / Range: 125 (Melee) / Attack Damage: 52 (+3.5) / Attack Speed: 0.635 (+2.75%) / Armor: 17 (+3) / Magic Resistance: 30 (+1.25) / Movement Speed: 345

Passive - Brawler's Bant
Whenever Sigurdong kills an enemy unit with an ability, he increases his maximum health by 2. This increase is doubled against large minions and monsters. This increase is tripled against champions.

Q - Crushing Elbow Cost: No cost / Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds
Sigurdong smashes target enemy unit with his elbow, dealing 25 (50/75/100/125/150% of total AD) plus 5% of his maximum health as physical damage.

W - Battle Hardened Cost: No cost / Cooldown: 20 seconds
Passive: Sigurdong gains an additional 30/60/90/120/150 maximum health.
Active: Sigurdong roars wildly, gaining a shield equal to 75% of his combined Armor and Magic Resistance plus 25 for five seconds. If the shield is destroyed, Sigudong roars again, dealing 60/90/120/150/180 (50% total AD) physical damage to nearby enemies and gains permanent 1% bonus to his Armor and Magic Resistance.

E - Bamboozle Cost: No cost / Cooldown: 21/20/19/17/16 seconds
Sigurdong rolls a boulder in a line, dealing 40/75/110/145/170 (50% Ability Power) magic damage to the first target struck. The initial target and enemies near it are stunned for 1 seconds.

R (Ultimate) - Alpha Display Cost: No cost / Cooldown: 130/115/100 seconds
Sigurdong drains nearby enemy champions for 15/20/25% (+1% per 1000 points of maximum health) of their maximum health as magic damage. The damage is reduced by 10% for each enemy champion damaged. Sigurdong grows in size for each enemy champion damaged.
