Community Champion Factory (V0.1)
This has been an idea on my mind for a while. A thread where I give you a name of a potential champion and a very limited idea of what he does. Then have everyone give their suggestions for that champion's passive and abilities. Either top voted abilities or ones I find specifically great will get picked and when all abilities are picked the champion will be complete. For clarity I haven't put any thought into this at all (thus this is V0.1) so we're all in this together.

Sooo, not as many people contributed as I had hoped, but then again it's still just a beginning thing. Some notes to take for when I do the next one:
- State in a more clear fashion that EVERYTHING about the champion being created, including where it's abilities are gated by mana, hp, etc. up to and including his base stats should be decided by the community
- Use the live forum's GD. While the beta forums is a better format for this as the replies to ideas are easily visible and you don't have to shift through pages of content to get to them, however this forum isn't nearly as huge as the GD is
- Depending on the success of the next factory, create a simple concept of the champion made as well as it's voted on abilities.

Champion #1 Voltier, The Thunder's Fist
-Brief Description- He is a nimble fighter
Passive: Hyper charged (by: Flintfall)
Voltier's abilities and movement grant charge, the more charge he has the faster he moves, up to a cap. Charge rapidly decays. Abilities consume charge if available (tentative) Charge from abilties hitting an enemy: 10 Moving: 1 Max charge: 500 Decay per 5: 3 charge Movement at 500 charge: 100 MS Every 5 charge grants 1 MS
Q Ability: Lightning Rod (by: Leroyswish) Type: Self Auto-Attack Buff Cost: 80/70/60/50/40 Mana Range: Self Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 Seconds ACTIVE: Voltier’s next basic attack deals 45/55/65/75/85% increased damage and slows the target’s movement speed by 35% for 1.75 seconds.
E: Oncoming Storm (by: Sir ArmaMalum) Voltier dashes forward (600?) units, ignoring unit collision, leaving a line of sparks behind him (terrain AoE) that deal (5/10/15/20/25) + (0.2 AP) magic damage per second for (3?) seconds. After the duration a thunder clap (150 units wide, ~lux ult width I think) come barreling along the path dealing (60/80/100/120/140) + (0.6 AP) magic damage and knocking enemies aside. mana cost tbd, does he use mana? How much is his other abilities using? Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12 seconds Spark line width: 30/60/90/120/150
Ultimate: Crackling Light (by: Leroyswish) Type: Pass-Through Linear Skillshot/Blink Cost: 100 Mana Range: 875 Cooldown: 150 Seconds ACTIVE: Upon activation, Voltier becomes a being of living energy and dashes forward, dealing 220/440/660 (+50% bonus Attack Damage) magic damage to all enemy units hit. If reactivated or if Crackling Light reaches its maximum range, Voltier returns to his normal, physical form.
