Zven and Mithy are TSM's new bot lane. Sadly, this does mean Biofrost is gone or a sub. SSong (ROX, Long, IMT) is also TSM's new head coach.
Impact, Xmithie, and Pobelter are also joining TL with Doublelift.

I know he has fans. I know a lot of his fans believed Doublelift to be the best ADC players in NA. Truthfully, TSM accomplished the same achievements with Wildturtle as they did with Doublelift. They performed nearly the same with Wildturtle have more moments where he would be too aggressive. However, Doubelift also had moments where he tilted and would change the mindset of the entire team. It's was not only in TSM, he did it while he was in CLG too.
In my my opinion, Zven is a better ADC player. His transition into TSM or any other team would be bumpy if he had to get used to a new support player. Instead, TSM is allowing him to start with Mithy, a support player he knows well. With that said, I hate to see Bio leave; to me, he was a very good support players. Top2 in NA, second to Smoothie
This also opens up for TSM to get another jungler. Personally, I don't think Sven was the problem. He was always an aggressive jungler. We have seen him get very aggressive but TSM has the tendency to force junglers into secondary support playstyle. It may work domestically, but internationally, those playstyle wont work. it's why it did not with Oddone, Amazing, and now, Sven. Whomever they get, whether it's Mikeyeung or whomever, they will liekly push into that same playstyle. It will see the same success like Sven, Oddone, or even Amazing domestically. Once they go internationally, the solo lanes will need help but the playstyle will not accommodate it.

Olleh was good, but I think it's more about his recent showing that makes me say otherwise.

I'd imagine that if Bjerg says he wants to play something, there isn't much that the coach can actually do. I'd wager that Bjerg has more say than the coach.

Tho, while the chemistry of D-Lift and Aphromoo needs no introduction, I do think it brings up the same ol' "can of worms" from the past and reasons on why they split in the first place. Miror B1 votesSorta ("odd man out" could also be darshan as he's the sole remaining member of the succeed-L-G teams from the past). Bio's gonna be an interesting commodity for teams, as I'm pretty sure many of the NA support slots are currently taken (with flyquest nabbing stunt, C9 apparently not willing to give up smoothie at all, TL trying out 2-3 supports right now, hakuho apparently signing, and the only ones really "left" being CLG and the new teams). If he was an EU import he'd probably get like 5 offers right now. The fact he's NA though might make things complicated.
III BAKURYU III 1 votesFrom what I can tell the only TSM member that's 100% spot-free is Bjergsen with D-Lift/Bio most likely gone and Hauntzer being the 2nd closest to having his spot safe. With that said tho, what will happen to Svenskeren with the whole "2 import" slots? My thought will be Svenskeren will sign with the 100 Thieves as I heard they just signed Ryu-mid as well as having Prolly as the coach(Kinda an H2K/SK reunion) of sorts.

Biofrost could fit decently on CLG but overall, I see the new CLG team that's forming to be a really bad team just from experience point of view if indeed it's just Darshan/Huhi/Stixxay- 3 carries with no real defensive/shot-calling perspective.

Also, from what I can understand TSM might be running a 7-8 man roster this split with bjerg/zven/mithy being starters and them rotating in/out some weird combination of lourlo/solo/mike/DD, this according to a few things I read.
And yeah, if NA becomes competitive this split then we could see CLG fall massively unless they get top-tier korean imports. Not only are their best players gone, but the players they do have kinda lack identities aside from being "mid-tier NA talent". We could see a few scenarios in which they do an echo fox thing from last split and run 10-man rosters to try and find the perfect balance.

Nothing against Omargod as I personally think he's a decent talent but if CLG wants to get back to Championship form and not this Dallas Mavericks like playoff runs in the past, they need help and fast.
Miror B1 votesAfter seeing the most recent transactions (the one I'm most excited for being fenix on echo fox), the question is more "who is left that'd be worth adding to their roster? Barring korean imports, the sheer lack of quality "english-speaking" talent left makes it quite hard for them. Bio's the only half-decent support out there (who might not even help them too much due to TSM's shotcalling coming mostly from jg/DL), and the only remaining jg's left are guys they've already tried (DD, omar) and/or challenger players. It's stuff like this that has me slightly worried, as TL could literally finish higher than CLG using 3/5ths of their 2015 worlds roster.
III BAKURYU III 1 votesOh, with TL's recent roster swaps/scuffles(D-Lift/Xmithie/POE/Olleh/Impact) being the rumored if not "Final/not final" roster, it's safe to say TL won the off-season if not the LCS Spring Split in my mind.
For CLG Mata would be a HUGE upgrade-doubtful they would be able to get him or if he would leave KT(even tho that roster has its own hic-ups) but they need a real voice and Bio just isn't that type of player in my mind. Tho I will agree, Biofrost is a better pick-up than no pick-up at all for CLG. Maybe, even Mada"lite" Madlife would be a decent pick(even tho he seems to be out of it sort of say, like he's thrown the towel of actually caring anymore.
I too am glad about Fenix on EF. Kinda surprised with the whole Froggen move but am glad Fenix isn't being paired up with Keith and Looper. Now if EF can sign aggressive players to fit with Fenix.............Dardoch maybe??
Miror B1 votesI'm probably the least shocked about the whole froggen "move", as from what I can understand the "roster moves" during the summer were rick's way of seeing whether froggen was worth keeping (or more accurately, whether he could elevate his team in the same way a guy like LiRa does). Considering they want to avoid mirroring their teams of the past, pushing for an aggressive team could work immensely for them and allow them to abuse the lack of synergy that happens with new rosters. For me, a guy like Shrimp would work ridiculously well with this as not only would they have jg/mid "korean synergy", but their ability to sorta grasp english would make them easier to fit compared to other "imports".
III BAKURYU III 1 votesTrue, Froggen was on the "bench" as much as he played so, it does make sense that he did indeed get the X on his contract with them before the start of the 2018 season.
It's really interesting on the whole which teams will be better subject the ones that have been together for 1-2 splits or the teams that are being built without any chemistry but can give the other teams headaches if they don't scout them. A double-edged sword for the newer teams as growing pains and again, chemistry being a bit factor. However, FlyQuest over CLG a year ago in the Playoffs pretty much counters that argument.
We've seen Shrimp in a pretty similar situation on DIG with teammates being passive and barring lane phase tended to just drop off. So, unless EF's coach(if he's still the coach and Shrimp does indeed play for them) I just see another disappointing split for both Shrimp and EF.

Now the key elements of both G2 and Misfits are going to America! Why? Money!
I can't blame them, but seriously Riot, fuck off. No way in hell is it anything else, considering EU's consistent outperformance of NA at Worlds (no disrespect to NA fans though, I'm just pissed at how this is even allowed to happen).
How am I supposed to root for any sort of regional rivalry in the future after the American teams have just bought out some of the best and upcoming EU players going? Is EU going to be the butt of a million and one jokes if Zven and Mithy knock out an EU team when playing for TSM?
