Why does red side always ban out power picks?
I mean I know blue side gets first pick but red side gets to pick up 2 power picks if blue doesn't ban them out. Doesn't it make more sense for them to do targeted bans?

You still ban out power picks. Because you leave 3 more champs than usual. Blue still would get 3 power champs while you would only get 2 or 3.
