CONGRATS EU! FROM AN NA FAN

I was seriously hard-rooting for G2. It is great to see SKT be dismantled even if it wasn't from the NA region...

I have always admired how EU stuck with their own players and built their region into an identity over the years, which has given them the success they have long worked for.

Now maybe the NA region will stop throwing stuff at the wall hoping it sticks...

Will be rooting for G2 next week as well. I am hoping that if G2 wins worlds this year, it will wake up all the NA teams to start realizing that the western teams CAN and SHOULD be feared, even if the only portion of the west that will be feared for now is EU....

Indeed, the thing I love the most about G2 and other EU teams right now is that they use players from their own region. I also root for NA every tourny but mostly the teams that are full NA (or NA+EU) like C9.

I am not hyped for this kinda of games that everyone knows has been dictated by riot and not by players, ever since 2 years ago with how much damage lol got from other games the only way riot found to keep player base is artificially making other regions strong, those regions that are also their main source of in-come.

Last year was an obvious fake championship as much as this year.

SKT vs G2 was such an amazing set. So much back and forth but Effort and Faker were not so hot today. Still so fun to watch tho!!

I follow LCS and LEC so I'm very glad to see G2 make it through to the finals. Having watched their performance and playstyle for most of the year (even when I had no internet lol) I never really doubted that they'd make it this far. I truly hope that they win as Europe has been showing through well in the pro scene and deserves more recognition. Plus it was an EU team that won first Worlds so it would be nice if an EU team won 10th anniversary Worlds =)

Coming off the OW World Cup, there's definitely a bright spot in the esports spectrum for NA (Yay USA, damnit Canada).

Back to League, I believe the talent is out there, but passion and cohesion leave much to be desired for. I'm willing to keep watching though cause I enjoy seeing the developments unfold.

Agreed, G2 is fun to watch. I'm just happy to see SKT out. I'm so sick of hearing the exact same narrative year after year: "Faker BEST player in the world wowowo, SKT coming back owowo"
