Long Time Player Looking for Opportunity in Team Management - How do I Start

I've been playing legends for quite some time now (maybe 4 years plus?) and although I still enjoy playing it very much, I want to expand my involvement to sports management. I have a heavy athletic background with a thirst for competition and a passion for video games, especially legends, and with the pursuit of an MBA on the horizon for me, I can't think of a more suitable outlet for me than the eSports world.

I've started sifting through the forums and team websites to learn more but I want to directly ask the community now if any tips/insight could be shared with me to aid in my efforts.

My ambition is to eventually work with Challenger teams on reaching the LCS scene. Look forward to hearing back from ya nerds ;)
