While attempting a Q with Aatrox, Riven interrupts the action with her knock up. Following this, the summoner spells become disabled for beyond the knockup timer (see skill bar).

Only occurred once. Not sure if it can be replicated, haven't tried.

Its funny you should mention this, because as an Aatrox main, i randomly have my SS become disabled for random periods of time, and it always happens when i died, this has happened atleast 10 times to me within the past month, but this week hasnt happened at all so far. I'd lose my passive, or straight up die, and then i wouldnt be able to use TP up until i leave base or hit t2 turret.
