Dude, you just hate Soaz. Poppy is a powerpick right now and has been all season. She provides great utility and can single out carries. The reason she has a low winrate is because the low placed team play her and lose to top ranked teams. She's very strong and played all the time in Korea. Soaz did very well with her too.

I hate the poppy pick, literally all her utility is delayed or conditional OTHER than her W which is great to stop mobility. Otherwise her base damage is pretty bad compared to others, her scaling is horrible and others can do what she does better lol
