Why isn't Turkey at the All Stars event?
Turkey won the IWCA, how come CiS team is there and not the turkish?

Smart Kitty3 votesCIS won IWCA overall. Turkey just won the 5v5. Since CIS won the 1v1s and got far in the 5v5s, the earned more points overall than Turkey, and thus won IWCA.
