Will there ever be a competitive E-Sports League for the twisted treeline?

What would the league community think if there was another LCS league for the Twisted Treeline? The games would be relatively quick and very intensive. Im sure there would be many players that would be willing to form new teams and this could be the gateway to finding new talent for the already existing LCS games on the Summoners Rift. I really just wanna see what the community thinks about this idea as id like to see it happen.
