Fantasy LCS NON-CASUAL league

So last year every time I tried getting in a group everyone would afk lock-in so this year I decided I will create my own league (8 man league). This is only for people who seriously like lcs and are more than just casuals who watch it. So I added a few rules just to make it a little more strategic. -You can only have 2 members of a same team on your team -You cannot "afk lock-in" So the first 7 people who say that want to join are going to be in the league I will say later when we will start.
